Commercial Terms

Dravimoxa provides detailed descriptions of all apparel to help you make an informed choice. All prices listed on our website are in Singapore Dollars and are inclusive of all costs; we do not apply hidden charges or additional shopping fees at the conclusion of your transaction. We operate using a Cash on Delivery (COD) model, meaning the full payment is collected at your doorstep when the items arrive.

Please ensure you are certain about your purchase before finalizing your order, as we do not accommodate returns or exchanges based on a change of mind. This allows us to maintain a streamlined inventory and provide efficient service to all our patrons.

Fulfillment

We recognize the importance of receiving your items promptly. Our delivery promise is centered on a timeline of 2-3 business days. This duration accounts for the 1 business day we require for order packaging and shipping preparation within our local facility. Moreover, the additional 1-2 business days is needed for transit.

Orders can be canceled without any penalty as long as the product remains with us. However, once the package has been dispatched and is in the hands of our logistics partners, the delivery process must be completed. We focus our fulfillment efforts exclusively within Singapore to ensure we meet these timelines consistently and maintain high standards of service.

Liability

Dravimoxa works to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and that our services are reliable. However, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential issues that may arise from the use of our site. In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, our liability is limited to the replacement of the item or a full refund of the purchase price. We provide a 30-day return policy starting from the day of delivery for such instances.

To initiate a return for a damaged item, contact us at fashion@dravimoxa.com. We will arrange a pickup at our own expense. Once we have inspected the item; a process that takes 24 hours, we will either send a replacement or process a refund via bank transfer. Since we do not have access to your fiscal details due to our COD model, we will request your bank information via email. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5-6 business days. We do not charge any restocking fees for these returns.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes or claims relating to your use of the Dravimoxa website or the products purchased through it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
