No, we don’t offer international shipping and deliveries of any sort. Only orders that bear an address of Singapore are accepted from our end and delivered free of cost. Orders placed from outside Hong Kong are outright rejected by our team.
Deliveries are completed within 2-3 business days only. We ship your product within 1 business day, after internal processing, checks, and packaging. After that, our delivery agent takes another 1-2 business days to deliver it to your doorstep.
Yes, cancellations are available for all the products that you purchase from us. However, requests for cancellation of orders are only accepted if the product has not been shipped yet, which takes 1 business day. Post this period, no cancellation requests are accepted.
Yes, you can return an order within 30 days from the date of delivery. You can return any order which is having some defect on arrival, wrong items delivered to you, or items that don’t fit you. You must place a request within the 30-day period only.
